CAESAREA YELLOWSTONE SUMMIT is a city in Wyoming, U.S.A., and a non-profit city trust wholly owned by THERON INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION. Caesarea is located in the central southern part of Wyoming. It will be a completely off-grid community, generating our own electricity using Theron Generators. Wewill have access to clean, fresh, and safe drinking water through atmospheric reverse osmosis, provided by Theron H2O. Additionally, we will grow our own healthy organic vegetables using vertical and hydroponic farming techniques, facilitated by Theron Horticulture. Our daily supply of fresh venison will come from locally harvested animals from Wyoming and surrounding States, such as white-tailed deer, moose, elk, or bison. Supporting local regional economies.

Board Member will select a home from the exclusive properties below, and your monthly Club Membership payments will depend on this residence price. Membership is Lifetime. No downpayment or deposit, just monthly Club Membership.
