You understand that Caesarea will have the right to freely use, disclose, modify, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, display, sublicense, translate, create derivative works from, invest in and distribute any Submissions in any medium and via any distribution, transmission or display method for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise. Caesarea will not owe you or any other person compensation or acknowledgement for any Submissions. Whether Caesarea will use any Submissions is entirely at Caesarea’s sole discretion.

The Covenant of Confidentiality Clause

Article IX: Covenant of Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure By submitting this candidacy, the Applicant acknowledges they are entering a high-security environment.

Mutual Anonymity: Caesarea guarantees the absolute non-disclosure of the Applicant’s identity and private deliberations. In return, the Applicant agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all fellow participants, proprietary security protocols, and sensitive discourse encountered during any event or summit.

Information Integrity: Any documentation or intelligence briefs provided by Caesarea are for the sole use of the Applicant and may not be disseminated without express written authorization.

Breach Protocol: Any violation of this covenant results in the immediate revocation of membership and permanent exclusion from all future "Safe City" initiatives.
