Notice to All Aviators: The Yellowstone Summit (TIF) is a Private-Use Facility owned and operated by the Theron International Foundation.

1. Prior Permission Required (PPR): No landings, touch-and-go maneuvers, or low-level approaches are permitted without explicit authorization from Caesarea City Engineering.

2. Safety & Security: The facility is currently under Active Aeronautical Study. Unauthorized aircraft entering the TIF perimeter may trigger autonomous security protocols and will be reported to the FAA Northwest Mountain Region for airspace violation.

3. Encrypted Handshake: Authorized TIF aircraft must maintain an active encrypted transponder link at all times for automated lighting and ground-to-air communication.

4. Emergency Use: In accordance with FAA regulations, the facility remains available for emergency landings only.
